Whether a specific used system from another 307 diesel is compatible with your setup is something you must confirm with the breaker against your exact registration, as getting this wrong can affect your MOT.

Trim level — whether S, SE, GLX, or any other 307 grade — does not affect exhaust fitment; the system follows the engine and emissions specification, not the interior or equipment level. What you might notice is minor cosmetic variation such as tailpipe finish or tip styling, so check with the breaker whether the visible end section matches what you expect, but mechanically the trim name is not a fitment concern.

The 307 was offered as a hatchback and as the SW estate body, and the longer wheelbase and different underbody layout of the SW means the rear sections of the exhaust system are generally not shared with the hatchback. Confirm with the breaker which body style the donor car came from, as using a hatchback rear section on an SW is unlikely to be a direct fit.

The 307 was produced during the Euro 3 and Euro 4 emissions eras, and a replacement exhaust from a different emissions standard — particularly one missing or incompatible with the original catalytic converter specification — could cause an MOT failure on emissions.
