The Fiat 500L was produced from 2012 onwards, with a facelift arriving in 2017 that brought styling and interior updates. The suspension geometry and wishbone design are understood to have remained consistent across the pre- and post-facelift cars, but because the 2017 refresh could have included running-gear revisions, you should confirm with the breaker using your exact registration before ordering a wishbone from the other side of that boundary. Never rely on year alone - always quote your reg.

The 2014 car is pre-facelift and the 2018 car is post-facelift (the facelift came in 2017), so these sit either side of a known production boundary. Wishbones may well interchange, but whether Fiat made any suspension changes at that point is something you should confirm with the breaker against both registrations rather than assume.
