Body style makes no difference whatsoever to coil pack fitment — the ignition system is entirely determined by the engine, not the shape of the car. A coil pack from a Mk4 Mondeo estate with the same engine code as your hatchback is the same part. Just confirm the engine code matches and ignore the body style.

Both years sit within the Mk3 generation (2000–2007), so on the face of it these should be the same unit if the engine codes match — the engine code is the critical check here. However, there can be mid-production changes to ancillary components and connectors that aren't always well documented, so confirm against your registration with the breaker before buying rather than relying on year alone.
