The V167 is the second-generation GLE, launched in 2019, and it received a facelift in 2023 which brought changes to the front-end styling including the bumper and lighting clusters. Because fog light housings are part of the front bumper assembly, a pre-facelift (2019–2022) fog light may not match a post-facelift (2023 onwards) car — you should confirm with the breaker whether the part from their donor vehicle matches your registration before purchasing. This boundary is the key question to ask, and a good breaker will check their car's year against yours.

Trim level does not fundamentally affect fog light fitment on the GLE — the front bumper architecture and fog light position are shared across trims within the same generation.
