The pump is determined by engine code, fuel type, and gearbox configuration – Titanium, Zetec, or any other trim designation carries no relevance here. Order on the basis of your engine code and fuel type, and don't pay extra or wait longer for a pump pulled from a higher-spec car, as it will be identical.

Ford Galaxy and S-Max share platforms and engines across their generations, so a pump from a matching engine code in an S-Max is often the same unit. However, ancillary fittings, mounting brackets, or pipe routing can sometimes differ even between sister vehicles, and this is the sort of detail you should confirm with the breaker against both registrations.
