Second Hand Mercedes-Benz EQC Fog Light

If you are looking for a front light unit, you are most likely after the main headlight assembly or the bumper-integrated daytime running light cluster rather than a separate fog light. Check your car's front bumper carefully and confirm with a breaker exactly which light unit you need before placing a quote request.

It is possible that some aftermarket or accessory fog light kits exist for the EQC, and there may be a small number of genuine OEM parts listed from other markets where fog lights were fitted as an option, but fog lights were not a standard fitment on UK-market EQCs in any trim level. If a breaker is listing an EQC fog light, ask them to confirm whether it is a genuine factory-fitted component or an accessory addition before buying. For a used OEM part from a dismantled UK car, you are very unlikely to find one because the part was not standardly present.

No trim level of the UK EQC, including Sport and AMG Line variants, was fitted with factory front fog lights as a standard feature, so trim level does not change the picture here. Because the EQC did not have factory front fog lights, there is no like-for-like donor part to source from another Mercedes model - the bumper and front-end architecture is unique to the EQC platform and a fog light housing from, say, a GLC or C-Class would not be a direct fit. If you are trying to repair or replace a front light unit that is actually fitted to your car, identify precisely which component it is - headlight, DRL, or bumper trim light - and quote that to breakers instead. Asking your breaker directly what light units they have available from a dismantled EQC is the most reliable route.

What you are seeing is most likely the LED daytime running light or a decorative light strip that forms part of the lower front bumper design on the EQC, rather than a traditional fog light. These lower bumper light elements are part of the integrated front-end design and are the correct part to source if yours is damaged, but they are not fog lights in the conventional sense. When contacting a breaker, describe it as a lower bumper DRL or front bumper light trim and give them your registration so they can confirm the correct part for your build.
