The core platform is the same generation, but whether any changes were made to subframe design or mounting points at the 2015 facelift is something you should confirm with the breaker against both registrations before purchasing. Engine size should also be matched where possible for the best chance of a direct fit.

The F06 Gran Coupé, F12 convertible, and F13 coupé all share the same F-series generation (2011–2018) and broadly the same platform architecture, making subframe compatibility plausible. However, body style differences can sometimes affect subframe geometry or reinforcement, so confirm with the breaker that the donor car's subframe matches your exact body style and engine derivative. Give the breaker both registrations and let them verify the part numbers before committing.
