A fog light from a pre-facelift 2003 vehicle and a post-facelift 2008 vehicle may therefore differ in shape or fitting. You should confirm with the breaker that the part comes from the same facelift period as your vehicle before purchasing.

Trim level does not affect the physical fog light unit itself — the housing and fitting points are the same across variants within the same generation and facelift period. What can vary is whether a particular trim came with fog lights as standard or as an option, which means some bumpers may be blanked off where the fog light would sit. If you are retrofitting, confirm the breaker's unit comes with the full fitting hardware and that your bumper has the correct aperture.

Both a 2013 and 2015 Combo D fall within the same generation (2012–2018), so the front-end components are generally shared across that period. Provided both vehicles are from the same facelift period within the D-series, the fog light should correspond, but you should confirm this with the breaker against your exact registration as facelift boundaries within this generation can affect part compatibility. Always verify NS (nearside/passenger) or OS (offside/driver) when ordering, as left and right units are not interchangeable.

The Combo E (2018 onwards) is based on the PSA group platform shared with the Peugeot Partner and Citroën Berlingo of the same era, and fog light fitment is generally consistent across the generation for matching facelift periods. A 2019 and 2021 unit are likely to correspond, but confirm with the breaker against both registrations as mid-generation updates can sometimes alter front-end components. Also note that the Combo E shares platform architecture with its PSA siblings, so a breaker may be able to source equivalent parts from those vehicles if Combo-specific stock is limited.
