Fitment questions
Do Mercedes-Benz EQS wiper blades exist? I can't find them listed anywhere.
Yes, the EQS does have wiper blades — it's a fully electric luxury saloon with a conventional windscreen, so front wiper blades are fitted as standard across all variants. The EQS launched in the UK in 2021 and uses a beam-blade setup rather than traditional framed wipers, so make sure any used blades you source are the correct beam type. Confirm the exact blade lengths with your breaker quoting against your registration.
Will EQS wiper blades from a 2021 or 2022 car fit my 2024 EQS?
The EQS (V297 generation) launched in 2021 and received a facelift in 2024, which brought exterior styling updates; it's worth noting that facelifts can sometimes alter wiper blade fitment or attachment points. Blades from pre-facelift 2021–2023 cars may or may not interchange with post-facelift 2024 models, so if your car is a 2024 you should confirm with the breaker against your exact registration before buying. Don't assume pre-facelift parts carry straight across.
Does the trim level matter for EQS wiper blades — will blades from an AMG Line fit my EQS 450+?
Trim level does not affect wiper blade fitment on the EQS — the windscreen and wiper arm specification is shared across variants including EQS 450+, EQS 580 4MATIC, and AMG Line models. You may find minor cosmetic differences in blade finish or branding, but these don't affect function or fitment. Confirm with your breaker against your registration to be sure.
Do EQS wiper blades from the EQS SUV fit the EQS saloon?
No — the EQS SUV (X296) is an entirely different vehicle with a different windscreen shape and size compared to the EQS saloon (V297), so their wiper blades are not interchangeable. When searching for used blades, make sure the breaker confirms the donor vehicle is an EQS saloon (V297), not the EQS SUV. Always confirm against your registration.
Does the EQS have a rear wiper blade?
No — the Mercedes-Benz EQS saloon (V297) does not have a rear wiper blade, as it is a fastback/saloon body style without a rear wiper fitted to any variant. If you need a rear wiper, you may be thinking of the EQS SUV (X296), which does have one. Make sure you're sourcing the correct part for your actual vehicle type.
